It would be great to get a comments widget on whiteboards that you can place individually.

So not just a generic "chat" area, but individual areas where people can chat on a single Whiteboard.

For example, you might have multiple designs for something put on a Whiteboard, then put a comments area next to each design for people to comment individually on that design.

You might have, say, 3 designs, each with their own comments widget.

Cursor comment is cool but I work asynchronously with people around the world and want to be able to comment on an object in a whiteboard and bring it to someone's attention with a tag. Or have someone bring it to my attention by tagging me.

We use Whiteboards to coordinate long-term content planning across the team. We need task-style comments on whiteboard elements with @mentions, notifications, resolve, and comment history so PMs can track what’s done vs pending without duplicating feedback into tasks.
