Sometimes, task discussions blend into a discussion about multiple tasks.

Currently, discussions are easily lost when this happens because conversations are not being had in their associated tasks. It would improve workflows and overall team organisation if Admins had to ability to move a comment (or entire thread) into a different task.

A simple notification to contributors "A thread you are part of has been moved to [task name]" would suffice.
