Thank you to everyone who voted and commented on this Canny request.
We've heard your feedback, and we know there have been unexpected and frustrating delays with ClickUp 3.0. We've learned a lot from this experience and we're committed to getting it to your Workspace as soon as possible.
As a voter on this post, each of your Workspaces will be receiving accelerated access to the next phase of our 3.0 rollout!
This means that your full Workspace will have early access to experience the majority of ClickUp 3.0 features before the general release to our entire user base.
Your team's Workspace will update automatically, and everyone will receive an email confirmation from us in the next few weeks once your Workspace is ready to flip the switch to 3.0.
In addition, we'll be posting regular updates on the status of ClickUp 3.0 within Canny from Zeb and ClickUp leadership in the Canny Changelog.

Does the canny changelog have permissions we may need or does it plan to be public in the coming days? Here's a screenshot showing what I see.
Edit: Confirming that it shows "You aren't a member of this company" for any of the tabs selected, including Changelog.

This is a massive oversight. Mr Zeb needs to be asking some questions about who is managing the user experience for rollouts.
Exceedingly frustrating to have teams on multiple versions.
As an alternative, you could all go back to 2.0....

This is needed urgently. I am the main admin, still on 2.0 but my team members have been upgraded to 3.0.
It's important that the upgrade to 3.0 should be done for whole teams rather than individuals within teams.

Agreed - some of our team are on 3.0, some on 2.0. I am the ClickUp 'champion' and i am still on 2.0. Very frustrating and surprising.

Please find a way of incorporating this. Aside from some of the great points other people have brought up, I am one of/the lead administrators for our enterprise workspace and having to teach people both 2.0 and 3.0 has been quite grueling. Also, having to switch back and forth on the app is another sticky point, since to teach them 2.0 I have to switch to 2.0, whereas if everyone was on 3.0 I could teach en masse on something I am currently using.
