Setting Persistent Brain MAX Instructions
Johnny Petersen
One of my favorite features about ChatGPT was that I could create account-level and folder-level baked-in instructions. This allows me to start a chat knowing that it will always be done in the way I prefer, without having to copy/paste instructions all the time. I'd LOVE to see this featured in MAX.
My global default instructions include guidelines such as avoiding the use of em dashes and always citing sources used in the answer.
The folder-level instructions are helpful when I have a specific task I repeat often, such as keyword research. I can add instructions to ensure more accurate answers, always generate a table with the preferred columns, and use only up-to-date web sources, without needing to say this each time.

Template overview for IA
Romain Demoucron
To request an order from AIs external to Brain, it is always necessary to present the basis of the project concerned so that the answer is faithful and coherent to the project. Creating a recordable “template overview” feature would be really beneficial for users, a bit “as if” selecting a space with Brain, but this would be a descriptive text of the project that would feed the AI before even asking the question. For marketing, the study of a new product or service, the evolution of the company or project, etc... this would be really useful.
