Projects in Brain Max
Guy Mannerings
It would be useful to have Projects in Brain Max - where we can have a folder (and subfolders?) for a Project, containing documents/PDFs/web links/images, etc, which can then be read and referenced by Brain Max when chatting about that Project.

One of the main missing features keeping me on claude app instead of brain, with persistant instructions and memory... Projects, in the AI app way I mean, are way too powerful to be ignored. In Claude, they also allow for self improving results (for articles redaction for example, I have al the final versions added to the related folder and the instructions make it check these texts to take example on the phrasing and quality). It really has began to match my quality of writing, and my tone, for my website articles with this system. Now I can produce a high quality, positioned, articles with great sources for EEAT in 3 hours and just have to create the images. Can't lose this for Brainmax and I only use brain for a few AI agents so far as well as note taking... sometimes thinking about canceling because I'm multiplying subscriptions with that.

I could see mapping the Project folder to a Clickup Folder so it prioritizes the list context for memory in prompt processing. This would also allow us to set the full context with attached wiki pages, documents, tasks, and time tracked.

Ron Stinson II Good idea.

Persistant Custom Context for ClickUp Brain (Shared for team use)

We love Claude because we can upload project context and project instructions and then share it with the team. This means our AI outputs are more constant and we don't have to use the working memory every time to give it context.
For example, if we have one ICP and one writing style, everyone in the team should be able to leverage that shared project context for their chats without having to re-prompt the AI each time. It also gives us operational control over those larger contexts.

Jumping back on this. I want to be able to add certain Help Docs for a project, then just be able to ask about that specific project only.

Projects and historic memory

I've shared Brain with the company. Remark I wanted to share why people prefer ChatGPT:
- Projects: Folders that allow to give predefined context
- History: ChatGPT learns and 'knows' you. Would be nice if this is also available in Brain.
To a certain extent I think both can be worked around to (manually) manage docs with knowledge on projects and history, and use that as input for Brain.

Projects Folder for ClickUp Brain Max

Having a shareable Projects Folder functionality for ClickUp Brain Max with custom instructions and knowledge pieces would be amazing.

Yeah, its not very useful for me without memory.

Projects folder, very wanted here!

We could then chat specifically about that Project, and individual chats and voice recordings should save within that Project area.

This would be a game changer. This is the difference between our company paying for Chatgpt or Brain Max. Clickup already has the context of our company if we can organize in projects, or even better creating custom chat agents, that would be amazing.
