The current implementation of the custom dictionary feature causes significant "hallucinations" during transcription. When names or technical terms are added to the user dictionary, the engine aggressively forces these terms into the output even when they do not match the input audio. This behavior leads to incorrect replacements, significantly degrading the overall quality of the transcription.
