Hi Ankit, nothing till now?
By the way, this only happens with Gemini and Claude.
Gpt5 remains even if i switch the chat, because sometimes it's freeze, like it doesn't display all the response from the AI, and what i have found is that switching chats, allow the recharge of the complete response.
Before, i used to work like that and it worked.
Now, after payment, it changes to Brain (this case for Gemini and Claude), as soon i switch chats, because often the responses are incomplete, so switching chats solves this issue, but now, creates other.
I really appreciate the quick response. I would suggest, do the same as you did with Gpt for Gemini and Claude... It may solve the problem, and then you can issue a software update.... I would be glad to update to a version, that resolves my issue.

Hi Jordão António de Nascimento, we're working on a fix for Gemini & Claude models, and as you said - ChatGPT works fine. Please allow us a few days as we're working on it and it should be fixed by next week. My apologies for the inconvenience.

Hi Ankit Mishra,
It's been over a week since my detailed response with screenshots demonstrating that the issue persists. As a paying customer ($14/month), I'm concerned about the lack of follow-up.
To summarize:
You confirmed the issue would be fixed "by next week" (that deadline has passed).
You claimed on August 25 that it was fixed, but my testing proved otherwise.
I provided comprehensive documentation showing the problem continues
Current status: I'm still unable to use Claude and Gemini properly due to the unwanted Brain mode switching, which significantly impacts my workflow.
Could you please provide an update on the progress? I understand technical issues can be complex, but I'd appreciate knowing the expected timeline for resolution so I can plan accordingly.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Jordão António de Nascimento: Ankit is out of office right now. Sorry for the lack of response here.
This will be in our next release this week.

Dear Dean Phillips, thanks for the reply, i do really appreciate, and i have to point out few details, that have to be discussed:
- I have paid the service, because i had a block to continue the work i had already started before.
- After payment for the service offered(acess to gemini, claude and gpt) it started having problems.
- I had report this problem, and the reply did show that it would be fixed in a prior date.
- Passed that date, i did not receive what was promised, and the time for me to use the program, with the future that i had paid, as it was promised is passing away, and it might not be on time promise, and that said so, my paid period will finish, and maybe i would not use the software as intended.
For those reasons i would like to know:
How would you handle my time not using properly your product?
Considering that i have made the payment since 22 august 2025, would this days after payment be reschedule in may beaf?

Hey there Alex.
Is there any news regarding this subject?
Alex Lashkov
Jordão António de Nascimento should be today!
J
Jordão António de Nascimento
Ok Alex Lashkov, in this case i will check tomorrow (from my perspective) due to the 7 hours diference between US and my place.
And by the way, relative to the time that the system was malfunctioning, have you already come with a solution for me, considering the period is almost finishing?
Alex Lashkov
Jordão António de Nascimento our support agents are in touch regarding compensation. We've also fixed bugs, from what I know. Do you still experience issues?
J
Jordão António de Nascimento
Hi Alex Lashkov, thanks for the update regarding the support of the compensation, really appreciate.
Now regarding the software, how should i do the update?
Alex Lashkov
Jordão António de Nascimento when we do an update the app asks to reopen it. Our team is at an offsite hackathon right now, so it might take a while, but will be underway soon!
Ankit Mishra
Hi Jordão António de Nascimento, I'm really sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We've fixed the issue, and things should be working fine now. Could you please check again and let us know if you're able to switch models as expected?

Dear Ankit Mishra
Persistent Issue with AI Model Switching (Paid Account)
I've tested again, but the problem remains unresolved as shown in the attached images.
Issue Description:
When starting new conversations with Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT, the system automatically switches back to Brain mode if I switch between chats, close and reopen conversations, or return to previous discussions. This primarily affects Claude and Gemini conversations. The toggle button appears enabled but functions like a static label - I cannot switch back to the originally selected models.
Previous Behavior:
Before payment, the system maintained the selected AI model consistently without unwanted switching.
User Experience Impact:
While I appreciate Brain's thought process for certain use cases, I need to continue my existing conversations without Brain AI interference. Several important conversations have been disrupted by unwanted Brain interventions, which have interrupted my workflow and caused significant frustration - especially since I've paid for the service.
Expected Behavior:
Each conversation should remain locked to its originally selected AI model regardless of:
- Switching between chats
- Closing and reopening conversations
- Signing out and back in
- Computer restarts
- Session timeouts
- Etc
Supporting Evidence:
Please find the supporting screenshots attached, showing the automatic switching behavior.
Priority:
High - This issue affects core functionality and user experience of a paid service.
