Good morning, Zeb,
I hope you're doing well. I just wanted to give you a quick heads-up that your Brain MAX Documentation is a bit behind, with three updates pending. I took a look at the latest updates, and even though my Brain MAX shows that it needs an update, I thought it was already on version v0.109. Also, I keep getting the “New version available” message when I open Brain MAX, even though I'm on the latest version. Just wanted to share in case it needs a little check! Thanks!

Ankit Mishra Would it be possible to initiate push-to-talk based on remapping a mouse button? To me, this would be a killer feature to be able to do almost everything with one hand and never have to take my hand off of my mouse.

Great idea Jake Stelman! We'll certainly look into it. In the meantime, could you try changing your mouse button settings in your mouse's software to map one of the buttons to a keyboard shortcut? If you set that shortcut as your push-to-talk hotkey in the app, it might work as you described.

Ankit Mishra Thank you for the quick reply! I have tried to remap my mouse buttons (using this free tool: x-mousebuttoncontrol.com) No matter key combination I choose, I simply cannot get ClickUp to detect this key input. I have verified that the key input successfully works in other applications (such as Ctrl + 1 in Chrome, which will switch to the first tab successfully when my mouse button is pressed), but if I make it Ctrl + 0 (as you see in the attached picture, because Ctrl+0 is not a common shortcut in other apps) No matter what I do, I can't seem to get talk-to-text to recognize the input. I wonder, are you able to share any light on how the event detection is occurring and maybe suggest a specific key code or even virtual key code that might have a better chance of being detected here?

Thanks for digging into that, Jake. It seems like the app doesn’t detect mouse inputs. It’s a solid suggestion and we’ll explore the possibilities in a future update.

@Zeb - Love Brain MAX. It could benefit from the following:
- Option for an always-available hotkey combo to activate a Brain MAX popup/overlay from the system tray (Windows) or the Menu Bar (Mac).
- Hot keys for use in the app (or after you've opened the popup/overlay) to switch models (e.g., cmd+1 for ClickUp Brain, cmd+2 for GPT5, and so on)

I am attaching the picture again to show the error I recieve whenever I try to use Talk to Text. This dictation feature has completely broke down and writes nothing.
The last time this worked was on September 9th here in India. After that, I am unable to get a single output of text.

We have no control over updating the app so I did nothing from my side.
I am using v0.97 on my windows 11 fully updated and I am seeing the error when I dictate.
Moreover, the previous position of dock on right end of the screen was way better than being fixed on the bottom. This interrupts my full screen views and is note desirable.

Just says Update Max to use Talk To Text, latest version downloaded again, again, not working. Before this all the writing on dictation was tull of errors.Gone back to the Apple dictation.

Either it does not output anything, or it almost finishes and then starts over.

Please consider creating a web-based version of BrainMAX. I don't like having to download software in order to use it plus my OS isn't iOS or Windows.

Talk to text can no longer be used at 0.94 beta. the text is only translated into English instead of into German as necessary and is therefore no longer usable for me. And the language style setting is also missing.
Very annoying for a service I'm paying for.

Saved prompts missing linked documents -
My saved prompts refer to other documents in my workspace as part of the instructions.
When I load the prompt in Brain Max the linked document is just missing.
