brain max has stop responding

I'm using the Brain MAX app on Windows 11 and it's basically just stopped responding altogether.
I reinstalled twice now.
Tried to set permissions but it won't respond to any chats using Max or GPT, nothing seems to be coming back from the internet.
I also can't find where it's installed. I was going to try to set an outbound rule in my firewall just to make sure that wasn't it but I can't find where it's installed.

I finally found the max.exe and set an outbound rule for it to allow all connections, but that did not help.
FYI brain is still working for me in the main Clickup app
