Hi ClickUp Team,

I’m reaching out because I’m having an issue with ClickUp AI that has significantly changed how useful the tool is for me.

Previously, I could use AI to help create tasks directly from a prompt. For example, I could describe what I needed, and the AI would convert that into a task or take the appropriate action. Now, when I enter a prompt, regardless of what I ask it to do, it appears to simply take the prompt without creating the task or completing the action.

I’m trying to understand whether this is a settings issue, a workflow change, a permissions issue, or a broader functionality problem. At this point, the AI is not serving me well from a customer standpoint because it is no longer completing the core action I was using it for.

Could someone please review this and let me know:

Whether task creation through AI has changed;

Whether there is a setting or permission that needs to be adjusted;

Whether this is a known issue; and

What steps we need to take to restore this functionality.

I would appreciate help getting this resolved.
