No Notifications on macOS Desktop App

Hello ClickUp Team,
I'm experiencing an issue where I'm not receiving any notifications (sounds or banners) from the ClickUp desktop app on my Mac.
I have already checked and confirmed the following settings:
ClickUp's in-app notification settings are enabled.
My macOS System Settings have granted notification permissions to ClickUp.
Focus modes (Do Not Disturb) are turned off.
Despite these settings, no alerts appear for reminders or task notifications. Notifications are working correctly on my mobile device and the web app, but not on the desktop app, which is crucial for my workflow.
Could you please look into this issue?

This problem occurs also on my and my colleagues Click Up Apps. Please look into this. Thank you!

Same here! The messages are only displayed when you actively click on the inbox.

YESSS exactly the same problem occured in my team.
This causes significant delays in our processes, since urgent messages and task updates are not reaching us in real time as they used to.
Please have a look into this.
