The fact that our paid plan has a message limit is bad. Upgrading to Business to have full history unlocked isn't a good value proposition because at this price point we already have slack with more features & integrations.

Absolutely, I encountered the same problem right after I joined ClickUp less than a week ago.
Not only do they impose a 90-day limit on message history, but they also have a limit of 10 whiteboards. This doesn't make any sense, since we're promised "unlimited storage" with the unlimited plan.
The value proposition of paying an extra $10 just for these two limitations doesn't add up.
