Chat Notifications on mobile (pop up)

We are very pleased with the chat feature as it is and would like to see it further developed. Currently, ClickUp does not support pop-up notifications like WhatsApp on mobile. Could you prioritize enabling this?
The most obvious problem is that notifications are not coming through on the mobile app for everyone. Even though all notifications are enabled, sometimes we don't get an audio alert when we're online on the PC (there's a setting for that, and we've enabled it) or when it's in the drop-down menu. Also, when using another app on mobile and a message comes in from ClickUp chat, it would be great if a short pop-up like WhatsApp appeared at the top. We've observed these issues more on Android. It would also be helpful if we could separate notifications from chat and notifications from tasks.

The mobile (android) notification of the App Ticktick was solved very well and such a function would be very helpful for clickup. That would make the notification much better.

I can't believe ClickUp created a chat without notifications in mobile app!
I reported it as bug as I was sure it is one, but then I found this, so it is obviously not a bug?
Ok, I now see if I have the browser open, not even in chat, and I get a notification, I don't get it on mobile. If I close the browser tab, I get it on mobile.
There is a setting in Desktop Notification setting "Don't send mobile notifications when I'm active on Desktop or browser"
This needs to be turned off if you want to get them on both.

Mobile: Currently, even if all notifications are turned on, mobile will only show them if you're mentioned. No notifications from direct messages, no ping from very important chats where every message has to be seen... It's frustrating to check your phone every 30 min just to make sure you're not missing something.
Browser: Here notifications work well but don't account for whether I've seen them elsewhere or not.
Use case: My laptop was unavailable for a day, so I answered all chats with the phone app. The next day, I opened my laptop and was flooded with all the notifications from the previous day, what I've already seen and answered for them.

I need to be able to get pop-ups and notifications for threads just as I do for a normal message notification.
