Chat Notification Settings Housed with Standard Notification Settings

There are currently two places to update notifications. Chat settings are within the chat page but not found when you go to My Settings > Notification. Feels like it should be there so you can update everything notification-wise in one place.

We shipped a change for this! All Chat notifications settings, except those you customize per Channel, are in the global notification settings page for your account!
