This would be SO HELPFUL! At least once a day I will be on a syncup call with someone and will need to add someone else. Having to jump out of my existing call and then initiate a new one is cumbersome.

While I have a call with one of my colleagues, I can upload another person to the call (currently I have to close the call and call the group the colleagues are in).
