Team Sharing

We're celebrating Team Sharing & all are welcome to the party! 🎉 Invite an entire Team to different locations throughout your Workspace! BYOT. 😎
Previously, inviting teammates to a specific location in your Workspace was a tedious process—especially if you had a big list of members to manage. Now, you have the option to invite individual users or bulk-invite an entire Team in one click!
To share something with a Team, click Share
 or Sharing & Permissions
 in tasks, Lists, Folders, Docs, Goals, Goal Folders, Dashboards, or views. Use the search box to quickly search for your Team & toggle on sharing. From here, you'll have the option to bulk edit or adjust permission settings for individuals on the Team!
Additionally, when a user is added to the Team, permissions will dynamically update and they'll be given access to everything that's been shared with the Team!
Note:
 Team Sharing is only available on the Enterprise Plan.
