Previously, when using the People Custom Field on a task, you could add multiple people on that field even if your workflow didn't call for it. Now you can configure your People Custom Field settings to only allow one person, ensuring your entire team adheres to the correct process!
When adding a new People Custom Field or editing an existing one from the Edit field settings, use the checkbox to disable the ability to select multiple people! ✅
Note:
By default, existing People Custom Fields will have the Select Multiple People option automatically enabled. Disabling multiple people will need to be done individually to each People Custom Field.
