When AI Notetaker creates a meeting notes Doc, the "View AI Notes" button on the Planner event and the inbox notification both link to the Doc's original location. If I move the Doc to a different Folder or Space for organization purposes, those links break and no longer point to the notes.

Since Docs have a stable internal ID regardless of where they live in the hierarchy, these references should resolve to the Doc dynamically rather than storing a static path.

Expected behavior: "View AI Notes" on the Planner event and inbox links should always open the correct Doc, even after it's been moved.

Current behavior: Links become stale after moving the Doc. Users have to manually find the notes via Docs Hub or Meetings Hub.

This impacts teams that organize meeting notes into project-specific locations after they're generated.
