Alex Lashkov, happy to beta test if needed!

Alex LashkovWhat would make this an additional price compared to sending it to google meet? Isn't it the same functionality in a different environment, even internal?
Can you share pricing before we make assumptions?
Alex Lashkov
Ruud: it was mostly about new customers and free usage of the Notetaker that we give, how we calculate those when you use SyncUps and notetaking in other apps
Alex Lashkov
Misael Rodriguez: nope, I may phrased it not 100% correct - we wanted to understand how better showcase this for new users who get some free notetaker hours - how the distribution between SyncUp AI notes vs other apps notetaking should work and what limits on SyncUp AI notes may be - and decided to make those unlimited within fair use boundaries
Alex Lashkov
Liam: thanks! We are testing it internally now and it looks good. Moving forward with the implementation!

Alex Lashkov Excited for this!

What is the latest on this? How long until release?
Alex Lashkov
Ryan Wychopen it is 95% ready, we need to finalize pricing questions, and then will do a release. Almost there!

I believe it's also important where the notetaker's AI generated summary automatically gets posted against the linked ClickUp task in the activity section. Eventually, it will be helpful to generate AI standup summaries.

Yash Ambani we are working on the Meetings Hub which will enable this kind of workflows

AI notetaker for Clickup Syncs

I’d like to suggest several improvements for the AI Notetaker based on our team’s experience:
We hold many internal meetings, and currently, the AI Notetaker must join an existing online Zoom or Google meeting to record.
When using a single Zoom account on a meeting room TV, the bot cannot recognize or differentiate between speakers.
There is no way to record face-to-face or 1-on-1 meetings that aren’t online.
The AI Notetaker cannot currently join ClickUp Sync Ups, which limits its usefulness for our team’s workflow.
I appreciate Granola AI’s approach, which allows users to simply click “record” in an iPhone app for in-person or small meetings—this is very convenient, though it currently lacks multi-language support.
Request:
Please consider adding:
Speaker recognition for meetings where only one Zoom account is used.
The ability to record and transcribe in-person or 1-on-1 meetings (e.g., via a mobile app).
Multi-language support for in-person meeting recordings.
Integration so the AI Notetaker can join and record ClickUp Sync Ups.

We kicked off development of this today. Very exciting stuff y'all!

No-brainer in my opinion. Currently doing a lot of slack huddles and searching for a good huddle meeting ai. This would solve that + move our processes even more to clickup
