Transcript improvement

We recently started using ClickUp’s Notetaker and we’re really happy with having our meeting notes directly within our ClickUp workspace, that integration has been great for our workflow.
However, we’ve noticed that the meeting transcripts themselves are significantly less accurate compared to tools like Otter and Fireflies. In several cases, the transcription quality has made it difficult to rely on the notes without manually reviewing the recording.
Is transcription accuracy something you’re actively improving? Are there any settings, best practices, or upcoming updates that could help improve the quality?
We’d love to continue using ClickUp for this, but transcript reliability is critical for us.

Even when the transcript clearly captures task assignments ("who will do what"), the generated summary consistently omits this information. Action items and commitments discussed during the meeting simply don't make it into the output.
The transcription quality itself is also poor (we primarily use Czech, but the issue persists even for clearly spoken segments). Because of this, our actual workflow has become:
Download the MP4 recording
Run it through Whisper for an accurate transcript (with speaker names)
Use a separate AI for summarization
Store results outside ClickUp
We're using three additional tools to replace what AI Notetaker should handle natively. This defeats ClickUp's core value proposition of consolidating tools into one platform.
What we'd like to see:
Reliable extraction of action items/commitments into the "Next Steps" section
Improved transcription accuracy, especially for non-English languages
