Allow Agents to Trigger and Act Directly on Docs (Not Just Tasks!)
building now
Daniela Aranaga
Currently, ClickUp Agents can only be triggered by actions on tasks or chats, not directly by actions on Docs. We need the ability for Agents to trigger and perform actions (such as duplicating, moving, or tagging) when a Doc is created, updated, or tagged—without requiring a linked task. This would enable workflows like automatically filing AI Notetaker meeting notes in the correct Doc location based on tags or content, without manual task creation.
This feature would greatly improve automation and organization for teams using Docs as primary records.

Extend functions in Ki Notetaker
Manuel Wirtz
It would be great if you received a special summary from the Ki Notetaker after the meeting. Z.B. Current summaries are always very short. It would be nice if you had more options like giving instructions
- create action points for me
- assign action points to meeting participants
- Set deadlines...
Ideally, even be able to create tasks directly from them

We are building meeting agents, that will be able to actually do exactly this thing!

[Page created with Notetaker] as a trigger for Automations and Agents
Pedro Valério Lopez
Having the Trigger [Page created with Notetaker] will allow us to create any automation such as linking to tasks, creating tasks, executing promtps with agents,... With this freedom we can create any personalized flow based on the creation of this Doc.

Auto translate meetings summary
N
Nadav Levy
Currently, the agent identifies the meeting language and writes the summary in that language. I set the agent on my dev team meeting, which is in a language I don't speak, and I need the summary in English or any other language I choose.

we are working on allowing Super Agents access to meeting notes, then they will be able to do exactly that - take the note and translate it after the meeting as well as multiple other actions

AI Notetaker Template(s)
Kea Allen
I’d like to be able to create meeting templates that my AI notetaker can follow based on the meeting type.
For example, internal meetings could include:
– Attendees
– Agenda/Purpose
– Context
– Key Notes/FYIs
– Action Items
For external or sales meetings, the template might include:
– Attendee Info (company, website, main contacts, etc.)
– Client Goals/Notes
– Next Steps/Action Items

I think we can use Super Agents to act on meeting notes - restructure them, do actions after meeting etc. This is what we are working on right now!

Customize meeting note standard to company standard.

Timo Mayer
Currently the clickup notetaker writes notes in a fixed strcuture (important facts, next steps, key topics). We would like to have some kind of "system prompt" possibility to train the notetaker on our own meeting note standard.

we are now working on hooking Super Agents to the meetings notes - so that you can run an agent that will re-structure the note the way you want it and post it where you want it for e.g.
