Prevent AI Notetaker from introducing itself in meeting chat

I've gotten feedback from my users that when a ClickUp AI Notetaker enters a Google Meet call, it awkwardly interrupts the call after a brief delay to introduce itself in the meeting chat. Users would prefer that the assistant simply join the call and listen.
I'm requesting a setting option that would allow us to disable the meeting chat intro message when AI Notetaker joins a call.

Agree. It's very annoying and on the edge it may prevent us to actually use the notetaker. Not because of the warning itself, but the way it's introduced.

Andy Nelsen Hey there, this is actually a compliance-related thing - we should let other people know that there is a bot recording happening

Alex Lashkov I can't see other notetaker making this presence so evident. Sometime it's a pop-up, other have it in their name (and you can't change it), but having a voice over is quite disruptive.
