Historically Docs was seemingly designed for intentional docs (company policies, handbooks, notes). Now that AI Notetaker auto-generates meeting notes into the same space, the experience doesn't scale.

Pagination capped at ~38 docs: The table only displays around 38 docs with no way to load more or paginate. Docs beyond that aren't visible or selectable.

Wiki discoverability is limited: You can filter by wiki, but the sidebar only surfaces "Popular Wikis," not all wikis. There's no dedicated "All Wikis" view, so less-visited wikis get buried alongside the flood of AI-generated meeting notes.

No bulk sharing: AI Notetaker creates docs as private by default. There's no "Share" option in the Bulk Action Toolbar, so sharing multiple docs requires opening each one individually. Combined with the pagination cap, this makes managing AI Notetaker output at scale impractical.
