Date format should respect settings

The default date format is mm/dd/yyyy which is something that is confusing for us. We use dd-mm-yyyy or preferably yyyy-mm-dd - Meeting name.
Would be nice if we can have some additoinal context to be added to AI notetaker, e.g. Agent instructions that we can add yourselves.

Please fix the date format for the Last Active field. It does not respect the user settings.
My settings are yyyy/mm/dd
Last Active uses mm//dd/yyyy (which is a crime), and ignores the user settings.
