Bulk Management for AI Notetaker Meeting Participation in Calendar Settings

Current Challenge:
- The AI Notetaker joins all calendar events by default once enabled.
- To exclude it from specific meetings, I must manually go through each event to disable participation.
- For users with high meeting volumes, especially daily stand-ups or low-priority calls, this becomes time-consuming and impractical.
--> It would be great to have bulk management options in the AI Notetaker settings.

Auto Opt-Out on Meetings

We’d like an “auto opt-out” option for recurring meetings. Currently, every team member receives daily join requests for each scheduled meeting. This clutters their calendars and notifications. Ideally, members could choose to opt out once, and ClickUp would remember this preference for all future instances of that recurring meeting.
