Automatic joining all meetings

Now I have the problem that I have to plan a meeting first. But when joining meetings, I want somewhere the option to let it join my meeting by sending it to the email

I am reading and I think the headline is a bit different from the message body. SO you want to be able to just send the notetaker to the meeting by emailing it? How this should ideally work?
