Allow for only a single meeting bot to join a call
building now
Ken Claassen
If many people from the same ClickUp Workspace join a single call then a single Notetaker should join on the behalf of that team vs multiple notetakers for each individual.

AI Notetaker Sharing Settings
R
Ready Home Services
It would be nice to have the ability to edit my notetaker settings so that any new notes can be automatically shared to the workspace. Right now I am only using the Notetaker for team meetings and would like the entire team to have access to them. Ideally there would be a feature to choose which notes are shared on the front end. My solution would be to build out the Docs Hub to have folders and create a way for AI notes to be automatically shared to different folders. The folders could be the way that permissions are managed.
Alex Lashkov
Ready Home Services we are working on that kind of sharing right now!

Creating more permissions and setting for the AI Notetaker so multiple notetakers do not enter a meeting.

Multiple AI notetakers joining calls
Jessica Emanuele
When multiple people have AI notetaker on from the same organization, we have multiple joining and recording separately vs the first one attending and sharing with the same workspace attendees (not external)
Alex Lashkov
We are now working on shared/workspace notetakers that will solve this!
Jessica Emanuele
Alex Lashkov awesome, what is the timeline
Alex Lashkov
Jessica Emanuele we are testing it internally already, but we will also like to tie the release to the Meetings Hub release so that all notes will be stored in a centralized place with an AI entry points and things like that.
We are making good progress and I would expect inviting users in Q1!

Alex Lashkov it would be really crucial for this that the workspace notetaker could join simultaneous calls at the same time, as different groups of people from the same organization can have calls at the same time slot

Identify if there is already an AI Notetaker from the team on the same call, if any, to be merged and shared with all participants
Rafa
For smaller teams, it would be great for a notetaker to identify when there is already one on a call, not to add more than one, thus merging the minutes into one, sharing them with the users who participated.
Alex Lashkov
Rafa we are working on smth similar: https://feedback.clickup.com/ai-notetaker/p/allow-for-only-a-single-meeting-bot-to-join-a-call there will be no auto-detect and auto-deduplication for now though, but you will soon be able to only send one notetaker and if you schedule it like that - personal ones won't join unless specifically sent after the meeting starts
Vitor Soller
Hi everyone!
Is there any estimated time for the release of this feature? Thanks in advance.
Alex Lashkov
Vitor Soller: we've started a wide-scale internal testing, we then will need to polish the feature based on the findings but q1 should be able to invite users
Vitor Soller
Alex Lashkov, thanks for getting back to us! We’re really excited to try out this feature. If you need any help with testing, just let us know, we’re happy to support!

Add setting to allow meeting notes to default to public
J
James Snider
Our team has a team member who goes through meeting notes all day to process them and sort them throughout our ClickUp. We run into a big bottleneck because everyone needs to constantly make sure their meeting notes are changed to public from private so our meeting processor team member can see them and process them. What we would really like to see is if there is an option where you can set meeting notes to default to publicly shared in a workspace instead of only having it default to private.

Prioritise Specific Users AI Notetaker
Ciarán Gunne
We have had several scenarios where multiple people in our company have AI Notetaker turned on for every meeting. That means that 4 or more notetakers join the same meeting in multiple scenarios. I would like to ability to set a hierarchy for which AI Notetaker takes priority. For example, if my notetaker is on the call, others are automatically removed (or not added).
It causes confusion around who should share the notes, who is responsible for assigning actions etc and would be a very useful addition.
