Especially because of data privacy topics in Europe it is important to have the option rto control settings "company wide" as admins e.g. no video-recordings.
Also a company wide nameing schema for the chatbot and meeting enter text message would be very much welcome. The name and text should allow variables e.g. name of the owner, so you can set default names like "Company XYZ Notetaker from <ClickUpUserName>"

Hannah Pniewski not this one but we are working on Workspace-level deduplicated notetakers. There will be just one bot joining the meeting and making the notes doc available to the whole workspace afterwards!

Also the join message should be able to be configured company wide, so we can update it for all employees if required.

Alex Lashkov all settings that are available individually should also be able to be set company wide, such that IT can configure them globally.
Additionally it would be nice, if our IT could _optionally_ lock the individual settings for all employees - so they are read only for them. By this, we can technically _ensure_ the same settings are applied for all active notetakers and not accidentally changed. This would make compliance much easier and more reliable.

Clemens Fiedler: for now, I've mocked this up and we are evaluating technical requirements and also running a survey - that will help us determine what we can add to M1, what will be M2, and M3. We could hop on call with you to talk on those things next week btw. I could share the mock up, and we discuss.

I'd like to add to this that there should be workspace/admin settings where you can set default user settings that automatically record any client meeting (external participant) and those are automatically accessible to all users in the CU workspace.
