Admin Access to All Meeting Notes

We would like to request a feature that allows Workspace admins to have visibility into all meeting notes generated by the AI Notetaker across the account, regardless of who the meeting organizer is.
Why this is important:
- Admins often need to oversee meeting documentation for compliance, quality assurance, and knowledge management.
- Centralized access would streamline internal audits and ensure important information is not siloed or lost if an organizer is unavailable.
- This feature would align with standard admin privileges found in other collaboration platforms.
Suggested implementation:
- Provide an option for admins to view or manage all meeting notes Docs by default, or
- Allow workspace owners/admins to set organization-wide sharing preferences for meeting notes.
We believe this enhancement would greatly improve transparency and administrative efficiency for teams using ClickUp.

We are working on Notetaker deduplication, which basically means you will be able to use Workspace-level notetaker that admins and other employees can send to the meeting and then it will:
1) Be only one bot on a call, to reduce noise and clutter
2) Meetings notes will be available organization-wide.
You will be able to make it a requirement to use this mode of the Notetaker. Not fully designed for this use-case, sure, but will it solve it to some degree?

Ideally, we need access to all meeting notetaker notes for all the "Owner" & "Admin" accounts. This is very important for quality control and client satisfaction review perspective. Can you please consider our request on priority basis? Thanks in Advance

Hi Alex,
Apologies for missing your earlier message. I just want to confirm my understanding of how the Workspace level Notetaker will work:
- When members, admins, or owners schedule a call (with external clients/brands or internally with the team), they will have the option to manually add a Workspace-level Notetaker. Is that correct?
- If the Workspace-level Notetaker is added, then the member-level Notetaker will not join automatically. Correct?
- At the same time, will there still be an option to add the respective member-level Notetaker if needed?
Regarding recordings:
* If the Workspace-level Notetaker is added, will all members of that Workspace have access to the recordings, regardless of whether they were part of the call?
On access controls:
- Will access vary by role? For example, if a Workspace-level Notetaker is added by an admin, will recordings be available only to other admins, not members?
- If a Workspace-level Notetaker is added by a member, will recordings then be accessible to all members and admins?
Appreciate your clarification on the above.
Also, when will this be available for us?

Siddhyesh Narkar hey! Yes, correct, if you enable workspace Noteteker, then by default personal ones won't joing but still can be sent via send ad-hoc bot functionality.
If the Workspace Notetaker is enabled, all workspace members will be able to access notes (similar how it is done now with docs) - there won't be any differentiation between admins/non-admins at this time.
But there will be another type of the notetaker - called Share Notetaker, that will share notes only with those who were on a calendar invite. So if you have smth like an admin-only meeting you would use this one.
