Task/List Email address: API access or Smart Recognition

As far as I know there is only 1 way to obtain this and it requires going into the actual task or list and clicking the button. By either allowing API access to obtain these so I can do it myself or allow for smart recognition of the email to match it. I recognize that there is an outlook and gmail extension however this doesn't work for 3rd party apps like Superhuman.

My users won't use the plug in (much of the time they are on mobile), instead we cc emails to a shared mailbox then have a power automate flow to move them to the crm record in click up, via sharepoint list that maps email address to the list email. We have to manually set this mapping and would be much easier if we could access the list email via api. Please!
