Hi all - we're currently looking at adding support for this, and I have a quick question for you. If you are using the Sprint Points per Assignee feature, would you want to be able to set Sprint Points via API for each assignee, or would it be sufficient to set them for the task as a whole?
A) I don't use Sprint Points per assignee
B) It would be ok to set them for the task as a whole
C) I would need to be able to set them per assignee via the API for this to be helpful to me

We're adding support for setting Sprint Points for a task as a whole. We will monitor once that is released to assess the need for the follow-up functionality to also support setting Sprint Points per Assignee via API. Thanks!

Caroline Ginty B is sufficient. 95% of our tasks are only assigned to 1 assignee. Occasionally we use multiple assignees. In these case, I assume the change could be manually applied.

To migrate to the new sprint points field, it'd be VERY helpful to be able to set these in bulk. (For example, our velocity chart is now broken, and it'd take way too long to go back and set that one by one.)
If I could do it by API, that would suffice!

Following. Need this feature. Not just sprint points, but other native fields too. It's weird that we can set any custom fields in bulk but not all the native fields.
