Retrieve Deactivated Users
Ezra LaFleur
Currently, the "Get Teams" call only returns active users, but in order to report on historical time tracked (amongst other things), it would be great to be able to retrieve a list of all users including deactivated ones.

Time tracking reporting is vital to our operations, as it allows us to understand where our resources are being used. Currently, we have a significant data gap because we cannot report on deactivated users. This limitation means our reports are incomplete, leading to missing data and reduced accuracy.
Since we rely on time tracking data for reporting to both customers and government agencies, this issue affects the professionalism and reliability of our reporting. It’s essential that we can include deactivated users in our reports to maintain accuracy and compliance.
How can we raise the priority of this issue so it can be addressed as soon as possible?
Many thanks.

I copy this, for our accounting and especially the accounting with external partners which worked together on some joined projects but are not part of the team anymore, we need to be able toprovide our customers with all time entries for the invoicing, not only the ones from active users
