GET All Workspace Data via API

I'm surprised this hasn't been implemented yet - the help site even mentions "export via API", which is only possible now via exporting every single element one by one.
Since there is no scheduled export option, this would be essential for backups.

We need this for disaster recovery support. Our IT team is pushing hard for a way to do this, and we don't currently have any. We need this to be able to meet security regulations.

This is indeed very basic and desirable.
To just add my thought on this - It will be good to have the option to get only the Workspace hierarchy (Spaces / Folders / Lists), without the actual tasks.

Our team really needs this API. Also, can you please let me know if there is any other way to export the all the content programmatically?
