Similar to the existing task request (https://clickup.canny.io/public-api/p/add-ability-to-change-task-position-by-changing-orderindex), when managing checklists via the API there's no ability to set/manipulate the orderindex.

At the very least it'd be nice to be able to set this when initially creating the objects.
