On iOS the only map option available is Apple Maps when you click on location links. Please make google maps and Waze options for navigation when clicking location links within the app

We have an essential feature request for ClickUp that concerns our field staff's productivity and navigation. Currently, our team relies heavily on their personal phones to move between different jobs and tasks. In the Netherlands, Google Maps stands out as the most reliable and up-to-date mapping application, which has become our preferred choice for navigation.
The issue arises when our staff members, who primarily use iPhones, attempt to open locations from custom fields. Unfortunately, the current setup only allows Apple Maps to be accessed, preventing them from using the more familiar and efficient Google Maps app. This limitation is hindering their workflow and causing unnecessary inconvenience.
I noticed a similar feature request marked as complete in the past, suggesting that this capability would be added. However, it seems that this enhancement has not yet been implemented as expected. I've already discussed this matter with the development team, but to no avail.
Therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to re-propose the inclusion of Google Maps integration for location custom fields on iPhones. This change would significantly improve the experience for our field staff, boost their productivity, and maintain their comfort with a well-known navigation solution. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated, as it holds considerable importance for our team's daily operations. Thank you for considering our request.

When clicking on a location from google maps on the apple clickup app, it automatically takes you to apple maps. we want to have the option to use google maps instead

I hope that progress will be made in this option since it is basic for the correct performance of the office area in our company, as Lorenzo says, an app other than iPhone maps is ideal for us, it is more productive with Waze or Google maps depending on the city. Thank you very much

Yes, it is possible to change the default map application on Android, but on Apple devices, it always opens on Apple Maps by default, which can be inconvenient for some users. In our case we use ClickUp for our field service staff, and they are accessing the location of their jobs through the ClickUp mobile application, it may be frustrating for them that the maps always open in Apple Maps. Also it would be a big improvement if clicking the location inside the browser application would take you straight to the location on google maps. Right now we need to copy and paste the address.

I use google maps over apple maps, so would like to have the mobile device to be set by default to open Google maps over Apple (or other).

This would be helpful. I think most people prefer Google Maps to Apple Maps.
