Either Chinese Traditional and Simplified is fine. Just one of them is a good start.

ClickUp has very little support for multiple languages – not conducive to international collaboration, and when our team uses ClickUp, they often have to use website translation – and a lot of browsers have website translations that break ClickUp's pages

Why did ClickUp official not have any reply on adding Chinese? I have helped many software provide Chinese language packs. ClickUp is a work of genius, but it's too bad that it's not available in Chinese, and of course, not answering the call here, that's another even worse thing.
