ClickUp developers. Here is the documentation for how implement the Google Chat preview link integration: https://developers.google.com/workspace/chat/preview-links
(ideally this should be configured by ClickUp instead of making every single custom create a custom ClickUp app themselves)

Luci N. There are multiple threads about this that seem to have not been consolidated, and the 'integration' with Google Chat is really more of a feed than a true integration, since it's one way and cannot be used to create tasks or comment, like the Slack integration. Somewhat perplexing, given the huge pool of GMail users with access to chat vs. Slack users...

There are others 'closed' or 'completed' since there is technically an 'integration', but it's just forwarding alerts; it doesn't actually have any two-way functionality which would be the most benefit to actually save time turning a conversation into a new Task, Subtask, or a Comment on an existing task since that is a real flow of work. Talking about something that then leads to a task that needs doing or new info about a project, etc.

How about having a task created from Google Chat and is added to relevant space/task/list in Clickup?
