Calendar v2

It would be great if there was an option for tasks in calendar to have colors from their list instead of custom statuses colors. We barely use anything else than simple open/closed statuses so in calendar we can't really visually distinguish tasks. So some option to choose maybe in list details or on project level settings, which colors (from list or statuses) should be used in calendar would be great.

Zeb Hey, is there a way for my imported Google calendars to not just be purple? Given the number of things I have on my google calendar, it makes for a really sloppy looking, all-one-color, calendar.
Zeb
Andrew: Good point Andrew - we'll get this done soon!

Zeb: I was also wondering if this is update is coming soon? I agree with Andrew. We need the ability to define a colour for each calendar being imported, otherwise its hard to distinguish them apart.

Jack Everard: Hey Jack! While we don't have a time frame we can provide, we have a separate request you can see below for this feature! I'd recommend following that so you can get the most up to date information on it!

Zeb: When will soon be now?

Hey Alex T. We’re also very excited about this feature! Right now, we have focused our resources on speed, performance, and other features. That being said, I’ve surfaced this feedback with our team. Thanks so much for being with us on this journey!

I thought this would be pretty standard on a calendar view and was surprised to find no option after searching. It is very confusing visually for a calendar view not to have colour separation.
James Wolf
Agreed! we need this too -- is it possible now? Eliza Witkowska

Great job with this timeview! I noticed a bug: it's doesn't load tasks when I select "All spaces". It only loads in a specific Space. Tried to reload page and nothing comes out, not even in the Unscheduled tasks bar.

Great work! I'm noticing a bug with the monthly view with weekends hidden. Tasks with a start and due that span across to the next week don't show correctly. Visually the task stops at the end of the first line / week and doesn't extend further. Also can't drag the due date across to the next week. It does work fine when showing weekends. See the purple task in the screenshots.

I just refreshed clickup and saw some changes to calendar. I like the agenda and per hour view, but I was hoping that calendar would be a standalone view like it was before and not combined with List/Board view. Why? Because I really hate calendar filtering. I honestly never use project/list filtering in calendar. I always want to jump to list view when choosing project. Calendar/Agenda/Time view is an overview. This is kinda frustrating path to jump to project list instead of using projects as filter in calendar. Not sure how everyone else feels about it, but is it possible in the future to at least at na option like "choose action when clicking on project/list in sidebar" and then "filter" or "jump to list view" or "jump to box/board view".
LOVE the scheduling and planning part, ability to move task to specified hour and then expand/collapse to save a time slot. LOVE this.
Another thing, will be position of "All day" and its stickness. Currently when having lots of tasks in all day, agenda on the bottom is hidden under "all day" row. "All day" takes almost whole viewport height
Plus, option to set start/end hours for agenda with quick toggle like in "show weekends". Not everyone need day to start from 12am

Eliza Witkowska: totally agree, also i would like to see the project name next to task or something, makes it very easy to find similarly named tasks among projects.
Zeb
George Christou: Hey George! You can do this with Calendar settings
George Christou
Zeb: Woohoo thanks!!!! "Location" doesnt seem like a clear name for it, but i'll take it sir! Thank you!
