I would like to request a feature for scheduled notifications, as my team and I work in a flexible arrangement, and sometimes my updates arrive after their working hours. It would be great if we could set a schedule for the notification arrival, hence the messages/comments/any updates could be delivered without disturbing their non-working time. Thank you!

I would like to have the option to type out a comment and schedule it to post a later date/time. Sometimes I'm working at midnight but don't want anyone to be pinged then. I would to schedule that comment to post at 8AM the next morning.

Working with teams spread across the globe, I've noticed the need to optimize communication, especially in the context of sending reminders at the right times. Therefore, I would like to suggest a message scheduling feature in ClickUp Chat.

The idea is to allow users to set the date and time of sending messages so that they reach the recipient at the optimal time, regardless of the time zone. For example, a user can schedule a message now, and it will be automatically sent in the morning to a recipient who is in a different time zone. Such an option would significantly increase the efficiency of communication, eliminating the need to manually send messages at non-standard times.

Proposed functionality:

Next to the “Send” button, the “Schedule” option appears.

Possibility to choose the date and time of shipment.

“Edit” and “Delete” options for full control over scheduled messages.

Automatic reminders sent at the scheduled time, without the need for user intervention.

Such a solution would enable efficient time management and improve collaboration in international teams, increasing productivity and work comfort. Please consider this feature and, if necessary, vote to help implement it.

The ability to schedule posts within ClickUp Chat (ideas, announcements, discussions, and updates) would allow for better timing and organization of team communications.
