When I create a branch in ClickUp, and later create a Pull Request, ClickUp will automatically add a link to the Pull Request comments linking back to the ClickUp task. This is a nice feature, and makes it really easy to jump back to the task for reference. However, we're seeing this same comment added to the Pull Request every time the Pull Request is updated. EG: When I create a Pull Request, it adds the comment. Then I realize I need to assign a reviewer, so I edit the Pull Request and add a reviewer. Then ClickUp adds another comment. In some of our Pull Requests we're seeing ClickUp add the same link/comment multiple times. One time is sufficient.
