Yes, this functionality is definitely necessary. Currently, when main tasks and subtasks are handled in bulk, a significant amount of manual work is required, which becomes inefficient and time-consuming.
There should be an option that allows attributes (such as custom fields) from the main task to automatically carry over to the subtasks. Alternatively, there should be a provision to upload or assign custom attributes directly to subtasks during bulk import. At present, this capability is not available, which creates operational limitations.

A useful feature would be allowing subtasks to inherit standard and custom field values from their parent task. When a subtask is created, it would automatically copy the parent’s field values, saving time and keeping task information consistent.
