I suggest adding a feature or module to the ITSM or ITIL framework that caters to the needs of companies dealing with compliance and various frameworks such as ISO, ITIL, or ITSM. This feature should encompass a service catalog, service desk functionality, incident management, and more. While I understand these aspects can be configured, having a dedicated custom field and a fully functional feature would greatly benefit users. Thank you!

I hope you can explore creating comprehensive templates tailored to IT Service Management (ITSM) or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes. These templates should include features for managing IT operations, such as service catalogs, ticket handling, and monitoring. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have a separate customer portal or view that allows customers to easily track and monitor the progress of their tickets, in addition to providing capabilities for service desk agents and administrators.
