We currently use Streak CRM for gmail. It would be nice if in an email you could tag a customer as a lead and have it automatically show up in clickup as a CRM or support. I know you and add an email and that is great for single tasks, what we need to do is tag the entire communication chain like streak does. Once I tag it, streak loads keeps track of all future emails in real-time. The other thing that streak does well and would a big bonus is it track emails to let us know if/when they are opened after we send them.
This type of feature would also be great for support issues where you could communicate with them via email of whatever tool to and have it all logged in clickup as a support for that customer. I would really love to white board something with you as I bet it could be done fairly easy based on how flexible your system is.
