Enable "Reply" in Chats

As it currently stands, the Chats only support replying in Threads or simply typing a response. This can get clunky. I'd prefer to be able to reply to a message in the same chat as you do in Google Chats or Discord, etc. :)

Yes I would love this too. Things get missed sometimes with only option being to reply in thread, and sometimes it just makes a lot more sense to simply reference a message but stay in the main thread!

This is such table stakes for good communication, so simple to implement, this should be at the very top top top of the list of things todo.
