Relative Date & Time for Automations (ex: schedule 7 days before due date)
completed
Joey
Examples:
- "7 days before the start date..."
- "Each Monday..."
- When ANY date changes to ANY date
- Use Date custom fields as automation triggers
- Be able to use Automations to change items such as Due Dates using relative dates, I.E. "Next Monday"
- "When a task becomes overdue I can then set it to 'Done'"
- Etc.

Linking Calendly via Automation? ClickUP is not your guy.
Its kind of like that dude sitting in his car with huge shoulders and giant biceps/triceps and you're thinking "daaaaaaang that homie is MASSIVE!!" And then he gets outta the car and his legs are wee tiny and can barely hold himself up.
The "integration" is great except ClickUP failed to figure out how to set up the DATE AND TIME of an appt. Like isn't that the basics of a calendar? Come on. Don't offer "Automation with Calendly" and fail on the actual function of a calendar ap.
Friends don't let friends skip leg day!

This is not "completed" as it shows above. This feature should be a no-brainer for daily automations, like the screenshot shows, while the date shows Yesterday, it is a static date on the backend.

This isn't complete. There's still no option to set for a relative date like "next Monday" or "last Friday of the month"

PLEASE!! Such a simple and necessary Automation- I could do it in Asana without any trouble.

Zach - ClickUp Still unable to see how i can trigger an automation for example: 7 days before the Due Date. The "Every" Trigger gives options for scheduling weekly/monthly etc. but not based on due dates. Also the Due Date arrives trigger doesn't have an option to do "7 days before due date"

Hey Zach - ClickUp I'm intrigued to see this is complete - does that mean it's rolled out to all users or just Beta? If the former, is there a support article to help me get started? Thanks!

It would be very helpful to be able to configure the creation of a new task with the dates of the condition activation tasks.

We are constantly in a product launch and really need to be able to set the task Due Date based on the number of days prior as well as post Launch Date. If this could be done in one list, that would be even better where we could assign a task as Pre or Post launch. 0 would equal a launch date task on either Pre or Post.

Please also thoroughly test dates and dependencies, as rescheduling often does not work as expected (even though dependencies mapping is turned on).

Zach - ClickUp, in using this new function we've hit a snag and could really use an option to trigger an automation # WEEKdays before/after. I know the function of working days and holidays is still in progress, but just being able to avoid triggering things on weekends when it's supposed to be "one day before due" and by then it is too late.
