API Comments: Enable use of banners as a format style in comments

Add a format type for banners to https://jsapi.apiary.io/apis/clickup20/reference/0.html
This way we can use these banners to report statuses from automations and other custom apps instead of having a limited set of options. The readability significantly increases with the use of banners

Right now the formatting options when posting via API (e.g. in chat) is markdown but misses a number of capabilities from the editor. I'd love to have banners supported for example.
Github flavoured markdown supports this with Alerts, see https://docs.github.com/en/get-started/writing-on-github/getting-started-with-writing-and-formatting-on-github/basic-writing-and-formatting-syntax#alerts.
