We have ongoing issues where the password reset email is not being received by our users. This is causing headwinds as we seek adoption. Please fix this and/or provide a way for admin users to reset a password on behalf of other users.

This has been happening for over 4 weeks now. No email is received. We've triple checked spam filters. We get ClickUp task notifications just fine, but not once a reset password email. We have to wait for CU support to come in and manually send us a link which is NOT 24/7 support. It's 8/5 Pacific time which is not ideal for Eastern-based companies. We are already struggling with adoption of ClickUp and this is going to put the nail in the coffin if it's not handled. Our 100+ users in JIRA don't have this issue.
