I have to use the arrow keys to remove the highlighting. I've seen this for tasks and comments. It took me a while to figure this out because this is not how any other applications work. I'm hoping this is a bug.

Repro:

Write text in a task description

Highlight text

Click in description to unhighlight text. Nothing happens.

Use right arrow to unhighlight text.

I'm experiencing this issue in Chrome.
