I spent about 45 min working with a super agent that was recommended in a pop up to help me organize my daily work. I answered all the questions and told it what spaces in was interested in getting updates on. The report said “No Overdue Tasks”. Odd, because I have many overdue tasks.
THE PROBLEM:
Agents don’t have permission (and apparently cannot be granted permission) to look at personal spaces. This is where 99% of my tasks happen. If a super agent cannot access my personal space, it can’t help me.
PLEASE ALLOW an option to have access to personal space.

We intentionally blocked Personal List during Super Agent implementation as it caused confusion to the agent.
That said; we've since fixed the issue and will have support for Personal List in the very near future!

I haven't been able to access my personal list via the Outlook add-in since last week. Is that related to this, and would that mean this problem will also be sorted out soon?
