Allow Limited Members to Interact with ClickUp SuperAgents and Expand Autopilot Agent Capabilities

Description:
Currently, Limited Members in ClickUp cannot create, trigger, or interact with SuperAgents. For Autopilot Agents, Limited Members can create them (if they have edit or full edit permissions), and all Autopilot Agents except Ambient Answers will respond to their chat messages and task comments. However, there are still restrictions compared to full Members.
Proposed Solution:
Grant Limited Members the ability to fully interact with SuperAgents, including creating, triggering, and managing them.
Ensure Limited Members have the same interaction capabilities with all types of Autopilot Agents as regular Members.
Provide workspace admins with controls to enable or restrict these capabilities as needed.
Main Argument:
Limited Members are a paid, seated license in ClickUp. They should have access to the same advanced AI features—including SuperAgents and full Autopilot Agent functionality—as regular Members. This would ensure that organizations receive full value for every paid seat and promote broader adoption of ClickUp’s AI-powered automation.

Increases the value of ClickUp’s AI features for all paid user types.

We are currently hitting a major roadblock because of this limitation. Our entire workflow relies on AI streamlining the communication between clients (guests) and our development team.
Our exact use case:
A Guest user (client) creates a new task with a feature request or a bug report.
An automation using the "Do anything with AI" block is supposed to trigger instantly to analyze the description.
If the details are incomplete, the AI is programmed to ask specific follow-up questions right in the comments to gather what's missing.
Once the user provides enough information and the AI is satisfied with the technical clarity, it automatically adds a specific tag/status marking the task as "Ready for Developer".
The Problem:
Because the task is created by a Guest, the automation fails immediately with the error:
Automation response: You don't have permission to use AI agents.
Even though the automation was built by an Admin and should run on the system level, ClickUp checks the permissions of the user who triggered it. Since guests can't use AI, our automated vetting process breaks completely. Our developers now have to manually sift through poorly described tasks instead of letting the AI handle the initial screening.
We need ClickUp to either:
Allow guests/limited members to trigger backend workflows that utilize AI.
Run automations under the context/permissions of the Admin who created them, rather than the user who triggered the initial event.
